Change of Address forms must be submitted directly to the Central Registration Department located at the Orange Board of Education 451 Lincoln Avenue, Orange, New Jersey 07050.
In addition to the completed Change of Address Form you must also present the following documents:
One Primary - Contract of Purchase or Sale, Mortgage Statement, Property Deed, Lease, Water or Tax Bill and;
Two Secondary - Utility bill (Must be in your legal name), Current Paycheck stub, Cable/Satellite bill, Credit Card statement (Must be current), State Benefit Statements or Public Assistance Documents, Medical insurance bill, Bank Statement
